METCON 8/11/17(Weight, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) With a 13 min timer running Perform Max Weight 6-TTB 4 HSPU 2 Cleans Ascending in weight Every round begins with 6 TTB/4 HSPU before moving to the barbell for 2 cleans. Try to keep increasing in weight for clean until timer sounds. The athletes score is the the best weight lifted for 2 reps, these do not need to be tngo. GOAL: Lift 235#/155# for Rx OR 87% of 1RM Rx+: Sub BMU and try to use games weight Rx: As written Rx2: Sub 12 KTC and 6 HRPU Rx3: Same as Rx2 but sub Deadlift
