Goal: 17 rounds+

Tip: Unlike the workout last week which had larger sets of these movements, Cindy has short rounds with a smaller rep count.This will allow you to keep higher intensity and have less muscular fatigue. Try to keep moving as much as you can. Consider breaking push ups into smaller sets from the beginning if you are worried about going to failure.

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
