CINDY 4/5/19(Rounds, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) ''CINDY'' AMRAP in 20 mins of 5-Pull Ups 10-Push Ups 15-Air Squats Goal: 17 rounds+ Tip: Unlike the workout last week which had larger sets of these movements, Cindy has short rounds with a smaller rep count.This will allow you to keep higher intensity and have less muscular fatigue. Try to keep moving as much as you can. Consider breaking push ups into smaller sets from the beginning if you are worried about going to failure.
