Bar Muscle Up-5 reps

Goal: Sub 20, CAP at 23 minutes.

Tip: The bar work in this metcon will become grip intensive. Consider breaking up the pull ups into small sets to preserve grip strength for later rounds.

Purpose: Going swimming with your kids? The bar muscle up will help you train to easily get in and out of the pool.

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
