Push Press

Work up to heavy 3 set. Then perform 3x3 drop sets at 90% of what you hit.

Athletes are not required to do sets of three building up. If you have a goal number in mind it's recommended you do singles leading up to that weight to preserve strength. If you are not sure where your strength lies in this lift, do singles building up. When the weight starts to feel moderately heavy, start attempting sets of three.

Ex. Sally hits 100# for 3 reps. She then performs 3x3 drop sets at 90#.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
