DT 12-7-20 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 5 Rounds for Time: 12 Deadlifts 9 Hang Power Cleans 6 Push Jerks Goal: Sub 9, CAP at 13 minutes. Tip: You should be able to cycle the barbell for multiple reps. Scale in between levels as needed. Strategically break up reps so you can go right into the next movement. For example, do 11 deadlifts so right after the 12th you can start hang power cleans.
