6 Bar Facing Burpees

Goal: Sub 10, CAP at 15 minutes.

Tip: The clean and jerk weight should be moderately heavy. Go between levels if needed! Try to stay relaxed on the burpees and focus on smooth transitions between the two movements.

Purpose: This workout allows us to lift moderately heavy under fatigue, a skill that pays dividends in many life situations!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
