METCON 5/14/19(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) FOR TIME: 200 DU 100 Burpee to Target (Right above reach. Where you do pull ups or TTB is a good height.) Goal: Sub 10, CAP at 14 minutes. Tip: Stay relaxed on your double unders! If you trip, take a breathe before restarting. If you struggle with this movement, don't go to absolute failure, consider strategically breaking. Keep a steady pace on the burpees and don’t stop moving! Purpose: By combining the double under and burpee with a large rep scheme we are able to work on our shoulder STAMINA during this workout!
