FOR TIME:

200 DU
100 Burpee to Target (Right above reach. Where you do pull ups or TTB is a good height.)

Goal: Sub 10, CAP at 14 minutes.

Tip: Stay relaxed on your double unders! If you trip, take a breathe before restarting. If you struggle with this movement, don't go to absolute failure, consider strategically breaking. Keep a steady pace on the burpees and don’t stop moving!

Purpose: By combining the double under and burpee with a large rep scheme we are able to work on our shoulder STAMINA during this workout!

Purple Rx+: Sub burpee to 6 inch Target
Blue Rx: As written
Orange Rx2: Sub 100 DU’s or 300 singles
Yellow Rx3: Sub Singles
White MODWOD: Sub 100 singles, Burpee to Box

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
