COMPETITORS TRAINING FUN WEEK 9/6/16 (Weight) NEXT WEEK WE BEGIN AGAIN SEPT 12th!! Concentrations: Strength: (Unorthodox movements) Thruster/OHS Gymnasty: Bar Muscle Up Max consecutive..because I suck. Skill: Double Unders Metcon retest: TBD. A. Spend 20 mins work to 1RM Thruster from Rack (remember be truthful no re-bend of hip or double dip) RECORD THIS ON WHITEBOARD! B. Back Squat(Controlled eccentric 5 count down) 7-7-7-7-7 50% on up small jumps C. Metcon: 4 rds for time of 5-Powersnatch 135#/95# 10-Wallball 30#/20# Row-500 m RECORD THIS ON WHITEBOARD!!! GOAL: Finish under 12 mins CAP off at 14 mins
