Pause Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3 (w 3 sec pause) 1-2 drop sets of 5+ reps @85% of MAX reg tempo B1. Strict Muscle Up 4-Max reps (increase weight if you can easily do 4's B2. Strict Weighted Pull Up (Try to add at least 5# on all) 6-6-6-6 B3. Push Press 75%+ 8-8-8-8 C.
