Work up to a 1RM or heavy single.

Perform even, non-fatiguing jumps on wram up sets. Focus on foot work and an aggressive punch as you build. If you're going for a new max perform your last warm up set around 90-95% then go slightly above your old max. DO NOT repeat your old max.

*If you're still dialing in foot work/positions stay moderate throughout.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
