Clean and Jerk Complex: 6-8 sets:

Clean Pull-1 rep
Clean (power or squat)-2 reps
Jerk (Push or Split)-1 rep

Build up from around 75% of your max! You do NOT need to hang onto the bar throughout the duration of the complex. Just make sure if you drop the bar in between that you immediately set back up for the next rep. Try to BEAT what you did last week!

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Very knowledgeable coaches! Great Crossfit Gym and very spacious! The workouts are nicely well rounded and everyone is so friendly
