GOAL: Finish sub 14 CAP at 17 mins Rx+: 135#/95# Rx: As written Rx2: Sub Pike Ups on box or HSPU to 2 abmats 95#/65# Rx3: Sub HRPU, and DB Snatch 50#/35# EMOM perform only 1 burpee

WEIGHTLIFTING 5/11/18 (Weight, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) Hang Snatch-1-1-1-1-1 Snatch Balance-2-2-2-2-2 Overhead Squat-3-3-3-3-3 Treat as a triplet with two options. We start NEW weightlifting movements next week! Option #1 Perform each 1 HS 1 Snatch Bal 1 OHS with rest in between Option #2 Treat as Snatch Complex, resting only after all 3 movements have been performed. GOAL: Option #1 work up to 85% or more 1RM on each. Option #2 work up to 80% or more of SNATCH.
