Option #1 for those CFing for 1+ year and never missing wed and training 5-6x per week REGULAR tempo Front Squat-Max 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1 Option #2 for those missing some wed and training 3-4x a week Pause Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 85% for ALL regular pause for 2 count in bottom of each rep. Add weight to each set.
