PARTNER WOD 1/2/16(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) With a partner perform Burpees-100 reps Double Unders-200 reps (Partition as desired both may be moving at a time but each team only gets 1 jump rope) then Partner #1 21-15-9 DB Push Press Row (calories) Partner #2 21-15-9 SDHP Strict(Dave) Sit Up then switch, Partner #1 does the 2nd and Partner #2 does the 1st. Rules: Both partners begin 21-15-9's at the same time. Both partners must do EACH couplet and if one finishes before another they must wait. (optional) During wait either partner may perform box jumps to reduce team time. 1 box jump=1 sec.
