(Partition as desired both may be moving at a time but each team only gets 1 jump rope)

then switch, Partner #1 does the 2nd and Partner #2 does the 1st.

Rules: Both partners begin 21-15-9's at the same time. Both partners must do EACH couplet and if one finishes before another they must wait. (optional) During wait either partner may perform box jumps to reduce team time. 1 box jump=1 sec. (24'/20')

GOAL: Finish as a team under 21 mins CAP off at 27 mins

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
