SKILL/TECHNIQUE 7/5/16 (Weight) Every 2 mins alternating for 5 rounds EACH Snatch Complex 1 1-Snatch 1-Snatch balance or Overhead Squat 1-Overhead Squat w 5 sec pause Snatch Complex 2 3-First Pulls 2-Hang Snatch High Pulls w Shrug under Use the same weight for each complex beginning at 50% of your max or estimation and build up as heavy as possible.
