Instructions: Work with a partner for spotting if necessary.
Record what you did in notes.

Examples:
Every 2 mins for 14-20 mins Handstand Walk-25-50 ft.
OR
EMOM for 14-20 mins
Wall Climb and hold for 5-10 secs
OR
5 sets of Max Strict Reps
HSPU begin at 6' deficit then 4'-2'-Floor-Abmat
REST 2-3 mins between sets.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
