Overhead Squat

For those with experience, build from 75% to a solid double for today.

For those still working on mobility/stability, stay lighter and work techinque and consider a 3-5 rep per set scheme.

If needed swap 6x2 Front Squat and in between sets perform:

Anchored T-Spine x 30 secs
PVC Wall Squat x 5 reps (SLOW tempo)

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
