Spiderman + Thor Rot L 8. Praying Pose 9. Downward Dog 10. Row Calories METCON Tabata This! 20 ON/10 OFF x 8 rounds THEN go to the next movement. Tabata row Rest 1 minute Tabata squat Rest 1 minute Tabata pull-up Rest 1 minute Tabata push-up Rest 1 minute Tabata sit-up (anchor allowed) Score as an average number of reps for each movement.
