METCON 6/18/19(Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 15 min AMRAP: Deadlift-25 reps (135#/95#) Double Under-50 reps TTB-MAX consecutive Goal: 75+ TTB (these are the only scored movement today) Tip: This workout is grip intensive. Consider breaking up the deadlifts to preserve grip strength for TTB. Also, consider strategic rest after the double unders to set yourself up for a bigger set of TTB! Purpose: Having a strong grip is correlated with increased health. It is very important to preserve and train our grip strength as we age to have increased functionality in later years. A stronger grip also makes us better candidates in job interviews since we will have a good handshake!
