Box Jump-5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40 etc. (24’’/20’’)
Shuttle Run-20-40-60-80-100-120-140m etc. (10 m increments, count every 10 m as a rep ex. 20 m=2 reps)

REST 2 minutes

Then with an 8 Min Timer Find:

Heavy 3RM Touch N Go Deadlift

Score is REPS from Part A+WEIGHT from Part B.

Goal: Keep moving on part A, lift heavy on Part B!

Tip: On the AMRAP, establish a pace you know you can maintain. On the deadlift warm up with a lighter set to get a feel for the movement then feel free to make a bigger jump.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
