METCON 3/13/19 (Reps, Rx2, Rx3) 25 Min AMRAP: 50-40-30-20-10 Machine Sit Up (feet may be held w/ DB's) Athletic Burpee If you finish before time expires go back to the 50's. Goal: 450+ Reps Tip: This is a longer duration, aerobic metcon. Establish a consistent, steady pace and just keep moving.
