VALENTINE'S DAY(Aerobic Endurance Long)

To death do us part....

On the min..Every rd add 1 rep to squat, 1 cal to bike and 1 rep to burpee. Until no longer able to finish the given work in a given minute.

Min 1: 15 reps Synchro Partner Squats(1 partner holds Medball(20#/14#) 1 holds KB(53#/35#)
Min 2: Hang together 20 secs then 4 Partner high five burpees
Min 3: Assault Bike-20/15 calories(Partner may assist on other side)
Min 4: Plank together 20 secs then 4 Partner high five burpees



TIP: You decide who squats the heavier object mix it how  you like per round but all 15 must be done at that weight in a given rd. Have one teammate shout out the cues for down and up.

GOAL: Be the last couple left get past 6 rds or for those super motivated get to the CAP at 32 mins

PURPOSE: To burn a lot of calories for chocolate strawberries later on and to look HOT or to celebrate your fitness with a close friend, random gym member or that special someone.

Blue/Rx: As written
Orange/Rx2: 14#/10# Medball, 35#/26# KB. Hang 15/10 secs and plank 15 secs.
Yellow/Rx3: Bodyweight squats, Sub 5 Ring Rows then 4 Incline Burpees with High fives.
White(MODWOD) Do it by yourself at any level and sub Rower instead of Bike cutting cals in half

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
