Snatch-12-10-8-6-4 reps(Each 3 min bracket you are reducing reps and adding weight)

GOAL/Rules: Every 3 mins you must complete the triplet 1 time. If you finish early you may continue moving if/once you get to 12 min(round 5 continue going through for max total reps at that rep scheme.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
