WEIGHTLIFTING 03-24-25 (Weight) 20 Minutes Pause Push OR Split Jerk 5-8 sets of 3 Start light (around 65%) and make small jumps. Opt for a 2 COUNT pause in the catch and prioritize foot work/pause over load. *Split jerk is preferred. For those new to this movement, stay light and dial in foot work.
