WEIGHTLIFTING 8-21-24(Weight) 20 Minutes Pause Deadlift (one inch off floor) 5-5-5-5-5 Sumo or conventional. Pick one for the cycle. Pause one inch off the floor. Focus on tight set up and proper hip height and core engagement in the pull. It's recommended athletes go beltless today. Start on lighter side (maybe 50-55%). Build up on the lighter side but stay sub max. (form should stay really dialed in).
