WEIGHTLIFTING 4-10-24(Weight) 5-8 Sets: (power or squat) 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift 1 Second Position Snatch 1 Snatch (from ground) *Athletes can reset hands on rep from the floor. Looking to start 'working' sets around 70% of a little heavier than last week. We are trying to build heavier than last week or spend more time at a slightly higher load. We can also stay lighter and work technique from the hang or coach recommended positions.
