WEIGHTLIFTING 2-24-23 (Weight) 12 Minutes: Work up to a moderate 1RM Thruster from the ground. Aim to build to a load you can do under fatigue. This is to prep for 23.2B. Athletes will have five minutes to establish their 1RM thruster (from the ground). It also recommended to set weights nearby for easy loading.
