PARTNER WOD 11-7-20 (Reps, Rx2, Rx3) 28 min AMRAP, perform each movement I go, you go style: 14 Burpees 14 Pull Ups 14 Box Jumps 14 Hang Powersnatch 14 Machine Calories (bike preferred) 14 TTB 14 Goblet Squat 14 SDHP Rules: Partner 1 performs 14 burpees while partner 2 rests. Then partner 2 performs 14 burpees while partner 1 rests. Then partner 1 will start on pull ups while partner 2 rests etc. Each partner will perform each movement before moving on. For scoring count ALL reps between both partners.
