PARTNER WOD 8-29-20 (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) In teams of 2 complete the following for MAX reps: 8-3 min Rounds/1 min REST between rounds: Burden Run-300 m (together) w/ time remaining AMRAP: (I go, you go) 1. Air Squat 2. Deadlift 3. Wallball 4. Sumo Deadlift High Pull 5. Front Squat 6. Powerclean 7. Back Squat 8. TTB Each person will have one medicine ball and one kettlebell. Teammates should switch who does which object each round! If one partner finishes the burden run before the other, they ARE permitted to start working on their reps!
