I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY 10/26/19(Reps, Rx2, Rx3) EMOM for ALAP teams will complete the designated number of reps. Each round the reps increase. Both partners may be working at the same time. Two barbells and two boxes are allowed. When teams are no longer able to finish the reps within the minute, they are out. Min 1: Air Squat: 36/42/48/54/60/66/72 Min 2: HPC: 16/22/28/34/40/46/52 Min 3: Box Jump: 16/22/28/34/40/46/52 Min 4: Lunge: 36/42/48/54/60/66/72 Min 5: TTB: 16/22/28/34/40/46/52 If a team successful completes all the reps for 35 minutes they will then move into a final round performing a one minute AMRAP of each movement. Total time cap is 40 minutes.
