ANNIVERSARY WOD 9/14/19 (Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) AMRAP in 23 minutes: 9-Push Jerk 9-Row Calories 9-Lateral Burpee Over Rower 9-TTB 9-Bike Calories 9-Hang Powersnatch 9-Push Ups 9-Sumo Deadlift High Pull 9-Box Jumps Partners will alternate each movement. For example, if Katriel does 9 push jerk, Seth will then row 9 calories. They will switch off in this manner throughout the duration of the workout Goal: 415+ Reps Purpose: This workout is to celebrate Put It Up's nine year anniversary! Seth was 23 when he started the gym. We are performing nine reps of nine different movements in honor of nine years.
