SHRED 8/29/2019(Time) WARM UP: 2 rounds: - 80 meter shuttle jog - 10 box step ups - 10 stationary lunges Pigeon pose Spider-Man to hammy Samson stretch Downward dog Upward dog 10 scap pulls 10 arch hollows 5 knees to chest 5 TTB *go over double DB front squat WORKOUT: TABATA (20 seconds on 10 seconds off x 8): - weighted step-ups - TTB - weighted lunges - Farmers Carry - double DB Front Squat *You will complete all 8 rounds of the first movement before moving on to the second movement etc... NOTE: on the weighted step-up and the weighted lunges, only use 1 DB and rest it on your shoulder to preserve some grip strength for the TTB and Farmers carry
