METCON 8/27/19(Time, Rx2, Rx3) 5-5 Min Rounds: Run-400 m (hill required) Bar Facing Burpee-15 reps REST w/ time remaining *Athletes should set up loaded barbells with 10's on each side. Goal: Sub 15:00 for all rounds combined. Tip: You are meant to run at an aggressive pace. Don't stop moving on your burpees!
