PARTNER WOD 5/29/19(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) FOR TIME: Part A. Teammates will cycle through until they have completed 140 DB Hang Clean and Jerks total (50#/35) Partner 1: Run-200 m Partner 2: REST Partner 3: AMRAP DB Hang Clean and Jerks Part B. Teammates will cycle through until they have completed 160 STO total (115#/75#) Partner 1: Run-200 m Partner 2 REST Partner 3: AMRAP STO Part C. Teammates will cycle through until they have completed 180 Wallballs total (20#/10'-14#/9') Partner 1: Run-200 m Partner 2: REST Partner 3: AMRAP Wallballs While Partner 1 is running partner 2 is resting and partner 3 is performing as many as reps as they can of the listed movement. Once Partner 1 returns from their run teammates will switch stations. Teams will switch to the next part of the workout when they complete the listed number of reps for that section. Goal: Sub 24, CAP at 32 minutes.
