METCON 5/29/19 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 3 Rounds For Time: Deadlift-20 Reps (185#/135#) Sit Up-40 reps (DB's allowed) Farmers Carry-80 m (50#/35#)* *KB's may be used in large classes but DB's are preferred if they are available. Goal: Sub 11, CAP at 14 minutes. Tip: The goal of this workout is to find a steady pace and keep moving! Consider strategically breaking up deadlifts to save grip strength for the farmer's carry, where you should try to go unbroken. SKILL WORK 5/29/19 (Weight) 20 Minutes 4-5 Rounds: Front Rack Carry-40 m (AHAP) Good Morning-20 reps Build up each set on both movements. Feel free to use two barbells if it's easier. Goal is to work up to a heavy unbroken carry. Large classes taper starting times on carry to avoid traffic jams. *Record your heaviest front rack carry as your score and note your good morning weight in the comments.
