Sit Up-40 reps (DB's allowed)
Farmers Carry-80 m (50#/35#)*

*KB's may be used in large classes but DB's are preferred if they are available.  

Goal: Sub 11, CAP at 14 minutes.

Tip: The goal of this workout is to find a steady pace and keep moving! Consider strategically breaking up deadlifts to save grip strength for the farmer's carry, where you should try to go unbroken.

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
