Powerclean-9 reps (95#/65#)

Score: Add the weights you utilize on part A to your reps for Part B. Ex. Jill uses 135# for all 10 rounds for Part A and completes 245 Reps on Part B her score is 1595.

Tip: Make quick transitions each round on Part A, that is critical to finishing within the minute. Go all out on Part B.

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
