Goal: Sub 16, CAP at 22 minutes Tip: Make sure to break your bench press up well before failure! Keep a steady pace on the other two movements. Purpose: When picking up everyday objects that are large in size such as furniture, a sumo stance is often the go to position. Training inside the gym means an easier time when everyday life pops up!
