*In large classes a floor press may be subbed in for bench press if needed.

Goal: Sub 16, CAP at 22 minutes

Tip: Make sure to break your bench press up well before failure! Keep a steady pace on the other two movements.

Purpose: When picking up everyday objects that are large in size such as furniture, a sumo stance is often the go to position. Training inside the gym means an easier time when everyday life pops up!

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
