METCON 2/5/19 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 3 Rounds For Time of: STO-15 reps (115#/75#) Bar Facing Burpee-15 reps Box Jump-15 reps (24''/20'') Goal: Sub 11 CAP at 15 minutes Tip: Ideally you should have the capacity to do your first set of STO unbroken if you choose to. Keep moving on this workout! Even if it's not very fast, you can always do another burpee! Purpose: The box jump utilizes many of the 10 general skills of fitness including accuracy, power, speed, agility, and balance. Being able to safely jump transfers well into many life tasks such as quickly getting out of someone's way or playing leap frog with your kids.
