WEIGHTLIFTING 1/2/19 (Weight) w/ a 20-25 min Timer Complete: Touch N Go Powerclean 5-5-5-5-5 Start your first WORKING set around 60% of your 1RM clean and add weight each set. Make sure to do a couple warm up sets to build up to your starting weight. Also, remember to rest at least two minutes between sets. These are meant to be challenging.
