METCON 12/31/18 (Reps, Rx2, Rx3) 19 Min AMRAP of: 20 Double Unders 1 Deadlift 8 Athletic Burpees Athlete chooses Deadlift weight and uses the same loading throughout workout. Score is RepsxWeight Used. Ex. John completes 551 reps (19 rounds) and uses 405# for his deadlifts. His score is 223150. Tip/Goal: Choose a heavy load on the deadlift, but ensure it is a weight where you can still keep proper midline during the entire 19 minutes. Try to establish a steady pace and keep it.
