Goal: Finish Sub 22, CAP off at 26 minutes

Rx: As written, may also use a 50#/35# DB for lunges
Rx2: Sub Jump CTB, 35#/26#, Jumping Bar MU or Strict Band Assisted Pull Up, KTC, can sub goblet lunge for overhead if necessary

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
