TEAM WOD 6/2/2018(Weight) In Teams of 3 with a 38 Minute Timer STATION 1 120 Cal Bike* 120 Pull Ups -----------20 m Handstand Walk----------- STATION 2 120 Wallballs (20#/10'-14#/9') 120 TTB -----------20 m Handstand Walk----------- STATION 3 1,200 M Run 120 KB Swings (53#/35#) With Any Time Remaining Find 1RM snatch (each partner picks style) Partner 1: Squat Snatch Partner 2: Hang Snatch (power or squat) Partner 3: Powersnatch Score is total weight lifted between all three teammates. Rules: Teammates may only do 10 reps/10 calories/100 m run at a time. Partner 1 starts on movement one accumulating calories or meters. Partner 2 rests, and partner 3 starts on the second movement accumulating reps. Once BOTH partners complete their 10 reps, teammates switch stations. Ex. Seth is partner one and starts on bike. Katriel is partner two and starts on rest. Todd is partner three and starts on pull ups. Once Seth has accumulated his 10 calories and Todd has completed his 10 pull ups, the team rotates and Katriel moves to pull ups, Todd moves to bike, and Seth moves to rest until the team has completed their reps. Any teammate may do the handstand walk. Teammates are also permitted to spot each other on walks. *All female teams may do 105 calories switching every 8 reps. Rx: As Written Rx2: Sub Jump CTB pull up, 14#10'-10#/9', KTC, 35#/26#, sub wheelbarrow walk for Handstand walk if needed. Rx3: See coach for further mods or individual option.
