'POINT IT UP CROSSFIT'
7-4 min rounds
BOTH DO Air Squats-30 reps
BOTH DO KB Snatch or DB Snatches-20 reps (50#-53#/35#)
AMRAP with time remaining
*Cluster, Clean OR Deadlift (165#/115#) 1 barbell partition reps as desired

SCORING/RULES:
Each team receives 1 Barbell 1 Dumbbell and 1 Kettlebell
You may choose with your partner between a DB Alt Snatch or KB Snatch. However you both must perform 30 Air Squats and 20 Snatches each round.

Clusters= Are worth 5 points(reps)
Cleans= Are worth 3 points
Deadlifts=Are worth 1 point

GOAL: Always finish the Air Squats and Snatches and figure out the right strategy for getting the most points.

Purple Rx+:70#/50#, 185#/125#
Blue Rx: As written
Orange Rx2: Use 35#/26# or 35#/20# DB and 95#/65# for barbell
Yellow Rx3: 26#/20#, or 20#-12#-15#, DB, 45#/35#

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!
