PARTNER WOD 12/10/16(Reps, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) AMRAP in 15 mins of 60-Alternating DB Snatch (55#/35#) 60-Weighted Sit Up (20#/10#) feet held by partner 60-Assault Bike or Rower (Cals) 60-Thruster (95#/65#) 60-Bar Muscle Ups Rest 3 mins then AMRAP in 5 mins of Clean Complex-(135#/95#) Deadlift-3 reps Hang Squat Clean-3 reps Front Squat-3 reps Split Jerk-3 reps Clean complex must be full completed without dropping for it to count.
