While other 2 partners hold barbell (365#/255#)
then
Rower-100 calories
While other 2 partners hang from pull up bar
then
Assault Bike-100 calories
While other 2 partners hold handstand against wall

Any drop of barbell off rig or from handstand IMMEDIATE STOP of movements until partners resume position. Switch as desired.


GOAL: Finish under 28 mins CAP off at 34 mins

Dropped in here for about a week on vacation! Great equipment and space. The members were so kind and the programming was awesome. Also, the coaches seemed knowledgeable and gave great encouragement!

Awesome gym!! Equipment, space, coaches. Good pricing, drop ins welcome, friendly regulars. Been here many times and always a great experience. Typical combo or weightlifting and WODs. Will keep coming here for sure
