PARTNER WOD 5/14/16(Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) 'I'M NOT SAYING I LIKE PAIN...BUT I'M NOT SAYING I DON'T LIKE IT EITHER' (We would like judges for this WOD for each team) Both partners most complete runs (one athlete must be burdened but you may switch between rounds) 1. Every min on the min(EMOM) for 10 mins Mins 0,1,2 Sprint-100 m Mins 3,4,5 Sprint-150 m Mins 6,7,8,9 Sprint-200 m ---------------------------- REST 2 mins ---------------------------- 2. 8 mins to finish BOTH partners working at the same time. 90-KB Swings (only 1 KB per team) 80-Pull Ups 70-Burpees ----------------------------- REST 2 mins ----------------------------- 3. Death by Cluster Partner Clusters (only 1 Barbell per team) Every 2 mins the group with the least amount of Clusters will be eliminated. Until only 2 Teams are left --------------------------- REST 2 mins --------------------------- 4. Then 'DOUBLE GRACE' 60 C&J's Up to you how reps are broken up.
