SKILL WORK 2/16/16 (Weight) EMOM for 14 mins EVENS-CTB Pull Ups 6-10 (unbroken reps) *ODDS-Clean Deadlift-1 rep Hangclean high pulls-1 rep Hangclean below knee-1 rep Hangclean mid thigh-1 rep *Begin at 65% build up as heavy as possible If you are unable to do pull ups practice progressions on EVENS aswell as staying lighter on cleans.
