SKILL 9/17/15 (Weight) First 10-15 mins off class practice Split Jerks If you have experience with this movement then try using Dumbbells and KB's or work EMOM for 10 mins 1-4 reps with 65% of 1RM. Work on consistency, position and dropping deeper in split.
