Double Under-90 reps
Heavy DB Snatch-30 reps

Goal: Sub 8, CAP 12 minutes

Tip: DB should be heavier than normal, go in between levels as needed.

Rx+: 80/60

Rx: 70/50

Rx2: 50/35, Sub 50 Doubles OR 90 Lateral Hops Over DB

Rx3: 35/25, Sub Singles

MODWOD 1: 25/20, Sub Plate Taps

MODWOD 2: 20/15, Sub 60 Plate Taps, 25 DB Snatch
